   I occasionally order a pizza, from Prima Pizza. Their Pizza is very delicious, and I look forward to eating one after along days work. But recently my pizza was delivered cold. The box looked like it was stepped on and was slightly open, luckily the pizza was fine. Usually the deliver would take my pizza out of those food delivery bag, but this deliver who was dress like Cruella De Vil, didn't take it out from his delivery bag but instead just handed it me. Which makes me think did he even put my pizza in the delivery bag? Anyway, I shall see what happens next time.

   Ordered 1 x 14" pizza & 1 10" pizza & potato surprise. Order took a hour & half to be delivered. Fair enough, it's busy, don't mind the wait for a good quality pizza...well that's not what we got. Both pizza were over cooked with the crusts completely black. Not what you expect for £33. We should of complained and asked for the pizzas to be redone/ delivered but the thought of another hour & half wait, we just cut the burnt crusts off and ate what we could before binning the rest. Won't be ordering again from Prima pizza!!

   Potato surprise, possibly the best takeaway side in existence! We had wings last week and they were nicely cooked and a decent size. Tasty pizza and garlic bread. We always collect so the food is fresh and hot. No complaints here.

   Had many pizza from this place. Always made fresh to order, home made dough+ sauce and always a good helping of toppings. Diary requirements have always been met withought compromise. Very busy towards the end of the week (not suprised) so sometimes a bit of a longer wait. Food when deliverd has always been hot and tasty. Would recommend, I like the pizza sauce used, the cheese is a good mix of cheddar and mozerella and I really like the dough for the pizza base... You can tell its made and not bought. Not had a bad pizza or wrong order yet (have been going to tho place for 30 years).

   Went to collect a cheeky pizza on way home one night. Had chicky chicken with jalapeños. It was crisp, light, fluffy and full of flavour. French fries were tasty too. Staff friendly even tho phone was ringing off hook for orders. Had delivery from here several times too. Nothing ever a problem. Lots of choices and their SF chicken and tikka nans are pretty good too. Food arrived in good time and piping hot. Delivery person always smiles and says enjoy your food.

   So disappointed this is the 2nd time they've have completely let us down 1st time delivered pizza a hour 15 min late and showed up with the wrong order. Tonight we ordered at 19.13 at 20.30 I rang to ask where our food was they said the driver is leaving in 10 min bearing in mind this had already been 1hour 15 min since booking then called again at 20.40 driver was leaving the shop at 20.50 he's on his way and at 9pm he arrives the shop is 5 min from our house not be ordering from them again the person who ansered these calls was rude and didn't even appologize acted like we was a inconvenience to them

   Ordered for the first time in years tonight 11/3/22. And the Pizza Was delicious, delivered warm and dough was nice and fresh. Also Had The Potato surpirse and again was warm, and tasty. Thankyou again!
