Ordered for the first time last week and quite honestly I don't normally do reviews but this place was outstanding. The pizza was cooked to perfection and piping hot upon delivery the flavor combinations were outstanding and I can't wait to try what else is on the menu over time.
I love the vegan 'meatlovers' pizza however I would have appreciated not having to pay for a topping I could have had for free(?) ; I paid for fresh tomatoes but noticed no vegan meatballs automatically included on my pizza - most pizza places notify the customer and offer one to have another topping (free of charge). Maybe I should call prior so not to feel duped/overcharged to ensure all the (default) toppings are available before ordering on JustEat again. The Vegan brownies were lovely, the food was steaming hot (though I was surprised by the 56 minutes it took from confirming the order until it reached my home - maybe there's skeleton staff at Caprinos after midnight), the delivery driver was seemed professional and ordering here is a nice change from Papa Johns Hopefully I'll be able to try the vegan meatballs on my next pizza. N.B. I think I've rated this pizza place higher than usual as I've regularly served the Owner as a Bartender and he is a likeable customer who has treated my colleagues to a few of Caprinos' pizzas on one occasion
We ordered a meat lovers pizza and loaded fries and I was not disappointed. The pizza had one of the best bases that I have ever tried and the chips were 10 out of 10. We placed the order and got told 15 minutes for collection and there was not a minute delay. Kudos for sticking to the time given despite being ever so busy. I would definately recommend this takeaway and I will be visiting again soon. The staff were ever so friendly. I cannot fault it
Ordered peri pizza and shawarma loaded fries. Pizza was soggy and full of peri sauce. Fries were so disappointing. Drowning in mayo!! Not worth the money!
Won’t let me post 0 stars. Ordered off Deliveroo, 2 hours later no food, phoned them, they kept saying “ a few minutes “ . We told them to cancel the order, owner very very aggressive. Contacted Deliveroo who said they were informed that the food was delivered and no refund available! Just liars and conmen. DO NOT USE
Service was brilliant and I wasn’t expecting the pizza to taste so good! A little hidden gem of a pizza takeaway. Good was so fresh and the actual branch really clean - I even saw them cleaning everything whilst I was there after each pizza made…would highly recommend this place!
Sadly first experience.. meat feast .. tasteless .. tomato base bland and soft and sorry in my opinion topping was also overdone and dry ! Who new . Wedges soft .. and don’t get me started on the wings !! Hot and spicy, I requested crispy and therefore advised that these were the ones.. coated in a breadcrumb spice, cold and skin of the wings underneath, not pleasant. Sorry about this review the staff were very nice, the place was very clean but to be fair will not be re-visiting franchises I should’ve known better.
We'd heard good things about the vegan pizzas and Caprinos did not disappoint! There is a good choice of vegan toppings (including 3 different "meats"), and a choice of 2 different bases (sadly only available in one size - 12inches), both soya free too! Mine (pictured) was a thin base. The thin is very thin, but this is exactly how I like a thin base. My family all chose deep pan which were thick and fluffy. The vegan cheese is nice, not too much not too little. And if you've never had garlic on a pizza I would totally recommend it - game changer! We ordered directly and the pizzas arrived at the time stated and hot. All in all we were very pleased with our order and will definitely be ordering from here again. I only wish they did the vegan bases in 15inch!
