   I usually order from here and have always been happy with the food. The meat is normally fresh, hot, and the portion sizes are good, which is why I keep coming back and also use the online ordering system to build up loyalty points. However, my most recent order was really disappointing. I redeemed just over £2 worth of points, and the difference in quality was very noticeable. The portion of meat was much smaller than usual, and worse, the meat was cold and tasted stale — nothing like what I normally receive. It’s frustrating to feel like the quality drops when using loyalty rewards, as those points are earned through repeat custom. I hope this was just a one-off, but it’s definitely put me off ordering again unless things improve.

   Since changing ownership this year, this place has really gone down hill! The staff have no customer care! And don't seem to be able to use to grill ! As the meat was so over cooked and burnt ! Salad portion was ridiculous! and the chips dry and hard, was Missing pitta breads! Total waste of money! And I will not be returning.

   Been using these guys for years. Never usually a problem, but the last 2 occasions the food has been shocking. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but today we ordered again and the chips had been cooked that many times they were hard to the point of not being edible. The bacon on the burger was undercooked and full of fat. Given the cost of living crisis, having a takeaway is a treat for many. Also took over 1hr 20 mins to arrive. Save your money guys and go elsewhere. Waste of hard earned cash!

   Been going for few years and the pizzas are brilliant. But had the though of getting garlic bread as well, and I wish I hadn't bothered. Its the worst thing I've seen and tasted. It looked over cooked . Took one piece and the rest has gone out for the birds. Disappointed.

   The Best Kebabs in the Long Eaton area...hope this fine business isnt suffering too much after the sad closing of the Factory nightclub..which used to provide much business of a weekend night...
