Always a welcoming atmosphere with lovely staff. The food is amazing, especially the quiche (to die for) and very well presented, and very filling.
Best pub in Ilkeston. Excellent skittles night. (cus we won). Snap afterwards always good. Can't beat bread and dripping with savory duck. Cheers
Thank you to Amy today for making us feel welcome.The clarity of the ales were 100%,the place was very clean,but that's no surprise as Amy never stopped cleaning in all the time we were there.What a absolute natural to hospitality. It was our 1st visit and will definitely return. Very good prices too

The best atmosphere, best entertainment and most definitely the best pub garden in Ilkeston.
Good, average prices, clean, tidy, friendly staff, nice layout. Only loses one star for having no background music, too quiet, needs livening up a bit. Otherwise 5 stars.
Lots of choice lager, ale, soft drinks whatever you fancy. Lovely, very friendly staff, nice garden out back to enjoy the sunshine, really enjoy popping in here for a couple. They don't have loads of smokers stood out front either, which doesn't bother me too much but can see why others can find it off-putting. Great, quick, friendly efficient service. I will be back again soon :)
