Don't go if you think you're going to get a mainstream pub experience. It's a cosy nook that has a good selection of ales and a quiet cosy atmosphere. Dogs are more than welcome, and the landlady always has a pocketful of dog treats. A local treasure and always a pleasure to go to.

What an amazing little gem of a place. Quirky furniture, good range of drinks, reasonable prices, great decor, friendly staff. Can't believe I've only just discovered this place. Will definitely be back. You can bring dogs to this place and there is seating inside and out. Parking is by street parking outside or public car parks within a couple of minutes walk. I HIGHLY recommend a visit!

A favourite micropub of mine close to the centre of Kimberley and easily reach via Trent Barton R1 bus. Outside seating front and rear plus a little log burning stove in a snug separate building rear of the pub. Great selection of real ales and other drinks with an amazing decor - a must visit pub.

Great pub to visit .. outside seating area also a enclosed inside seating area outside which is great in winter I personally loved how it was decorated I would say ethnic. Two loos outside as a well as inside. Also a display of locally sourced jewelry available to buy. Varied choice of real ales all reasonably priced.. some seats are carved out of tree stumps . To me it looks great.. can get rather busy though at night. Not been there during the day..
