   Piper was an amazing server, this was my first time at Bella Italia. The build your own pasta feature is great if you’re a big back like myself, 50p per additional topping is a steal. My partner had the Pollo Cacciatore. You can also use your blue light card for 25% off your bill. Only downside is it’s an Italian restaurant, Italians don’t have Christmas music??

   I visited with my sons, as we were celebrating my younger son's birthday. Our server, Sophia, was lovely. We were not rushed when we needed more time to decide what we wanted because we were busy chatting and opening presents. The food was good. We didn't order dessert as I was on a limited budget, but my son was given a small slice of chocolate brownie with ice cream on the house, which was a lovely gesture.

   I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Italia! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and exceeded my expectations. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Madi and Destiny took care of us, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was polite, attentive, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, always with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, but Madi made the whole dining experience extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back — both for the amazing food and the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

   A cosy and relaxing vibe, nice Italian decor. There's a good choice of Vegan dishes. Food Allergy friendly. Pizza's and Pasta etc. Lauren was very helpful and friendly. Definitely be back!

   First time going and was really disappointing. As a Vegetarian, I asked for advice on ordering. Staff recommended mushroom in a creamy sauce which was okay but sauce was watery. We then had the pasta with cheese which tasted cold and tasteless. Then there was the dessert which was a baked cookie with ice cream, along with chocolate Brownies and ice cream which was absolutely amazing hence giving it a 2 star.....definately won't recommend because the food was cold and had no flavour whatsoever!
