“My partner and I had our scan yesterday, and from the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming reception team made us feel completely at ease. We decided to upgrade to the gender package, not for the gender reveal, since we’re keeping that a surprise, but so we could see our little one in 4D and take home some lovely digital photos. It was such a magical experience and gave us so much reassurance that our baby is doing wonderfully. The clinic is spotless, professionally run, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

“Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!”

“We booked the room for 4 days. Breakfast was quite good. It has other meal deals also. Room was comfortable & bus stations is just across the road. Different buses including sightseeing stop here. Check the timmings & dates for sightseeing bus. A halal buffet resturant..buffet tonight ...( 18 pound ) with more than 50 items ,is 100 meters away in red dragon mall, with a cinema..games for kids & bowling alley.”

The facilities were very clean and having noticed the VIP signage on bowling my son mentioned it and the lady was.more than happy to put us there over all lovely place coin machines you can use your card or contactless to get money for the arcade :)”

“I spent one night with a friend at Zip at the end of September 2025. We paid £26 for a twin room. The room was spotless, the facilities were nice, but the staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, I felt cared for much better than in many other hotels. A special thanks to Mell for her kindness and valuable support at breakfast she really set the right mood for my day. It was unexpectedly surprising to find such kind and genuine people in a low-cost hotel.”

“The service was amazing, perhaps the best I've ever experienced. There weren't many vegetarian options as I went with a vegetarian (I am a meat eater). The beyond burger was very good (especially for a vegetarian burger). The cream soda wasn't sugary enough. The chicken finger were very good too. It wasn't cheap but definitely worth it, I recommend it as more of a birthday eat out than something casual. Please note that this is upstairs so if you are afraid of heights stick to the storefronts.”

Kieran’s professionalism, attention to detail, and calm approach kept us feeling relaxed throughout, while Sue’s warmth, friendliness, and endless patience made the planning process a joy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and they truly made us feel like our day mattered just as much to them as it did to us. The food was fantastic, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was perfect from beginning to end. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. “We have seen our daughter thrive in this kind, caring and stimulating environment. Everything is age-appropriate for the children, and not target-based. The emphasis is on creating an environment where each child can reach his or her full potential in a non-pressured, play-based way. After all, play behaviour evolved for the purpose of learning. The child's development is thought of as a whole, rather than concentrating on one particular aspect. Our daughter benefits greatly from the multi-cultural understanding within the school, where everybody brings something of value to the mix. She is brimming over with creativity, which has been actively encouraged by her Steiner education.”

“In February 2017 our eldest started at Caerleon. Yesterday, 7 1/2 years later, was our youngest's last day there. Meg and her team have provided a wonderful environment in which our girls could grow, develop, laugh, play and feel safe. They have each formed bonds with different staff members that has made them happy to go in and us feel confident they were in the best place while we were in work. Some of the faces have changed over the years but the atmosphere, ethos and care has not. They have been part of our family and have supported us as well as our girls through many challenges. Thank you just doesn't seem enough and if you want a place that treats your child like their own then this is the place for you.”

“After seeing my GP, podiatrists & trying various gadgets, spacers etc I thought that maybe surgery might be my best option to sort out my painful bunion & overlapping second toe on my left foot. Mr Perera was recommend to me & after doing a bit of research, I made an appoint to see him, during the appointment he examined my foot, sent me for X-rays & explained what the surgery would entail. I then had bunion & fore foot realignment day surgery at Spire Cardiff, the operation was performed by Mr Perera using a minimally invasive procedure via keyhole surgery. The care I received from Mr Perera both before & after my surgery was superb & I would thoroughly recommend anyone with foot (or ankle) problems to to see him. I’m planning on having surgery on my right foot in the new year.”

“The Arcadia Coffee House is one of a kind. They serve hot buttered crumpets, which not many cafes serve. The decor is fab and original and there is a great vibe. I love their lattes, which are served with lots of whipped cream and marshmallows. Their lemon cake is to die for! Tangy, moist and delicious. Need I say more? The Arcadia is situated at the forefront of Newport Arcade, and once you have have finished your latte, there are a myriad of little shops for you to visit there - each with their their own quirky style. You are bound to find something you like. Visit The Arcadia Coffee House and the Arcade itself and you will not be disappointed.”
