   I had a very disappointing experience with this day care. One of the male staff members did not show enough patience with my child, and during wraparound care my daughter fell down. Didn’t even answer the call to check on my daughter’s first day in there. What upset me most is that the day care staff did not inform me about the incident at all, I only found out later from her nursery teachers after my daughter complained about it. When I asked the day care about it, the male staff member told me he didn’t think it was that serious. As a parent, I feel any fall or injury should be reported immediately, no matter how minor. Communication and care need to be taken much more seriously for the safety and wellbeing of the children.

   The male on the phone answering calls is rude. I was trying to explain something and as I continued taking he goes “ok thank you bye” and hangs up. The conversation was not done, very rude.

   I can only hope the way your marked mini bus was driving in Newport, It didn't have any people's children inside . Excessive speed , and a Driving standard far less than should be expected!!

   My son always come back tired and I mean it in a good way because he is such a lively boy and sometimes I just don’t have as much energy as him to play with him. So, I’m glad he always has fun over there. Moreover, he can’t wait to go there again for a half term holiday. Pick up’s and drop off’s are included in the price which I find very helpful for busy parents. The staff are welcoming and friendly and my son have built a nice relationship with them so he likes them very much.

   My kids always look forward to going to Royal Daycare. They love it there.The staff is lovely and friendly. Nice and clean place .What I loved about Royal Daycare was they were able to accommodate me according to the time I need childcare including school runs They have lots of activities to keep the kids busy . Each time I drop my kids I know they are safe . Will definitely recommend Royal Daycare it's one of the best Daycare .
