Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care reminded me there are still good people out there — they honestly restored my faith in humanity.    Amazing place . Found this place while passing by trying to find something to do while I wait for my next train home as it’s not far from the train station .The atmosphere is amazing. I love the decor . The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The cafe was so clean. Wish I could give it more stars . Will be coming back . Would recommend. Also smelt amazing with the candles they have around.

   The Arcadia Coffee House is one of a kind. They serve hot buttered crumpets, which not many cafes serve. The decor is fab and original and there is a great vibe. I love their lattes, which are served with lots of whipped cream and marshmallows. Their lemon cake is to die for! Tangy, moist and delicious. Need I say more? The Arcadia is situated at the forefront of Newport Arcade, and once you have have finished your latte, there are a myriad of little shops for you to visit there - each with their their own quirky style. You are bound to find something you like. Visit The Arcadia Coffee House and the Arcade itself and you will not be disappointed.

   This is an absolutely wonderfully friendly and delicious coffee house. The staff are great, friendly and engaging, the decor is amazing, I am a Sküll lover and this place has so many to offer. Dog friendly too. I will be frequenting this place as much as I can.

   Walking past this place I couldn't resist coming in for a coffee because of its lovely decor. It's so rare to get a coffee shop full of comfy chairs and I love it!! Smells amazing, I love the candles everywhere. Nice chilled out music and really friendly staff. The cakes looked great too. Highly recommend
