   I was expecting a delivery from screw fix, they use the worst couriers Parcel force, the delivery driver knocked my door and left immediately I even saw his van leaving, so now I have to wait longer for the delivery, absolutely useless and incompetent courier service, I wont be using screw fix again.

   Nowhere near as good as Newport store. Staff slow to serve customers, unhelpful attitude. No receipt given for collected goods and some of my order was missing so had to queue twice to get everything. Would have taken 1 minute at Newport, took nearly 10 here.

   I use the Cwmbran store almost daily. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful and always endeavour to deal with any queries promptly. The store front is always clean and tidy and the service provided is always top class. Special mention to Brian the manager who always goes above and beyond !

   Had a bad experience with a replacement the manager Simon went off on one saying I excused him of being a lair All I said was you are the person who said I couldn’t have the replacement he then kicked me out of the store What is it Simon power gone to your head this isn’t how you deal with good customers who spend money in your store us trades are your bread and butter

   Very helpful, didn't have what I wanted in stock but the young man did say they have in another store so he ordered them for me to collect in the other store which was only 10 minutes away. Great service.

   Ordered some grout , it arrived as advertised, service quick and efficient, competitive prices, what is not to like. Plenty of parking and loads of choice. Usually cheaper than big shops and Screwfix find stuff for you rather than searching for an elusive assistant , finding the item and queuing up to pay more.
