Being here was an absolute pleasure, I went with my mother and my 3 year old niece and they both said they had a great time. The staff were so friendly and extremely reassuring! I will definitely come back again.

Ceri and the team were amazing, placed a late order for a Christmas gift for my sister but wasn’t expecting it to be ready for Christmas Day and was happy to wait. I got a call at 10am today to say my order was ready! Not only that but Ceri offered to deliver it because she’s was out dropping off a few orders in Newport. Beautiful hand crafted present so impressed, amazing service. Thankyou Ceri & the team.

EDIT to respond to Ceri as there is no email response: Dear Ceri, I need to address several points from your message, as many of the statements made are inaccurate and unfair. I did not “ruin anyone’s day”. I simply came in to understand what had happened and why the replacement bauble I wanted to purchase was not available. I was never demanding or passive-aggressive. I find it extremely upsetting and frankly unacceptable to have such claims made about my behaviour, as they are completely untrue. Yes, I said to my daughter, “this is not the way to act”, and I thank you for showing her how not to behave. However, I did not point at you. Please check your CCTV — you will also see that I came in politely and calmly. For you to say you felt intimidated by me is shocking. What exactly were you expecting from a customer who simply wanted clarity? I should not have to leave a voicemail to be taken seriously. I was happy to phone several times, and that should have been enough effort on my part. I actually said, “I will pop in, I’m five minutes away” because I was already on my way to see if the bauble was ready for me. That was not a threat — it was a courtesy update. I genuinely do not know what I have done to deserve such poor treatment and such a negative experience with your business. I do not like discussing issues over the phone; I prefer face-to-face conversations to avoid miscommunication. That is why I came in. It would have been courteous to let me know if there were not enough baubles for me — a simple email or phone call would have gone a long way. It would have allowed me to try to source one elsewhere. I wish I could have walked away, but unfortunately, I am the disappointed customer who needed answers. You, however, were able to walk away from the issue. There was no compassion, no reasoning, and no help offered. My intention throughout has been to resolve this matter calmly and fairly. I would appreciate that any future communication remains factual and professional. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL: I’m leaving this review because instead of resolving my issue, Ceri blocked me on her business Facebook page — which says everything about her professionalism and who was actually in the wrong. I first contacted the shop on 17th September about replacing the smashed glass on my bauble. Not once was I told I’d have to wait for a full allocation. If replacements were ordered, why wasn’t I allocated one? And if they weren’t, why wasn’t I offered one from that order after waiting months? I tried calling over six times before Christmas with no answer, so I went to the shop to avoid any more miscommunication. When I finally got through on the phone, I said I’d be there in five minutes — while I was already driving there anyway — yet Ceri claimed this made her “anxious.” Meanwhile, she wasn’t doing anything to help me, and even said the situation would “affect her Christmas.” What about my Christmas? I was the one left without my sentimental bauble and without any communication. This all happened in front of my 6‑year‑old, while she walked away from me mid‑conversation and refused to help. I left upset, anxious, and feeling unwelcome to ever return. I didn’t even feel comfortable mentioning my tarnished necklace after how I was treated. Blocking a customer instead of fixing the problem is not customer service. It’s avoidance and unprofessionalism. Customers deserve far better.

Great experience making memories with the family making cookie jars and keepsakes. Staff were friendly and explained the whole process of making our wonderful keepsakes. Coffee and tea was provided along with a great hour or so creating wonderful pieces. Thank you all, all the stuff we have bought from you is personal to our family. To get here the shop is in old Cwmbran town and there is free parking nearby.

I'm a bit late with my review, but what a fantastic place with great staff. I came down to do some prints for Father's Day of my two children's hand and feet but as I was late in grabbing an appointment for father's Day I was informed they may not be completed by the time. However all staff got our pieces fired and ready before father's Day, going above and beyond! The tile and pen pot turned out stunning. My son also enjoyed painting his shark while prints of my newborn were being done. We will be back!

Been visiting for a number of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. From painting with my grandsons to Ladies night, everything is run professionally and with plenty of fun. Had a necklace made with my grandsons fingerprints on, so beautiful. Also a keepsake with their writing and drawing on. They saved me from going stir crazy in lockdown with their brilliant ideas to paint at home. Can’t praise this team enough. Always happy to help with anything. Definitely worth a visit or 2!

I’ve been to Lollypops and Ladybirds a few times. Once for their adult pottery painting evening and a number of times for their hand print casting and framing services. The ladies there are always so helpful and friendly. Their stock is gorgeous and ever changing! It’s a perfect place to catch up with friends and come home with a gorgeous piece of handmade art.
