    I am new to the CAMHS service at Tonteg Child & Family clinic and I was a bit nervous about attending. I found the welcome very friendly, and the mental health nurse who saw us (I think his name was Rich) and the trainee nurse who were present were both so good. I felt very reassured by his advice and appreciated the advise/sign posting about our next steps. From GP referral to this initial assessment was only 3 weeks which exceeded my expectations. I don't know, however, the wait time for next steps. Thank you CAMHS for the work you are doing.

    Gave my daughter a link to a waiting room for her first appointment, which she was nervous enough about, and the waiting room was closed at the time of her appointment.
