   The bowling experience was highly enjoyable. Although we did not partake in the food or beverage offerings, the presentation was commendable. The arcade games provided a stimulating and entertaining experience. The staff members consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness and friendliness. I thoroughly appreciated the venue and anticipate a return visit.

   Was a bit reluctant at 1st because of the price, but through the experience it was one of the best. Great food cooked fresh. We ordered 4 different things each. Which meant me had 8 things to try. We did this 4 to 5 times which meant we tried over 40 things each. We will definitely go again.

   The team members are very polite and helpful but I feel sorry for them because they are seriously understaffed. Sadly this is very common nowadays .Came as a family of 4 adults and 5 children for 2 games of bowling, drinks, games of pool and arcades, spending a lot of money between us. The diner was shut due to a “technical error” so we couldn’t buy food. We were there from 6:45 to 10pm on a Saturday and the floor was littered with what looked like a whole days’ worth of discarded tickets and food wrappers. We were late getting into our lanes on arrival. Tables in the bar area and bowling alleys were left dirty and wet, stacked with empty glasses and they struggle to keep the bowling alley areas free from clutter too. The bar staff were very polite but sadly service was very slow and the bar itself was one big puddle. The ladies toilets smelled very unclean, like they hadn’t been cleaned or disinfected for days, and the toilet rolls are so tightly packed it’s difficult to access more than a few sheets which must make it impossible for small children or those with weak hands. To maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and comfort for the public, throughout the whole day, I believe it needs at least 4 more staff on duty for cleaning tables, bowling alleys, floors and toilets. This would make for an entirely different customer experience. Definitely would not come again because the place was so messy, unclean, expensive and no sense of value for money.

   I visited Hollywood Bowl recently in the evening looking for a game. I spoke to a really friendly member of staff, and they put in the VIP booth as it was quiet. I thought that was really nice of them. The VIP booth has similar seats to the other lanes, but it's more secluded and it looks a bit more fancy. I played two games, and I had a lot of fun. The bowling system is fairly standard to any other bowling alley, and I didn't have to wear bowling shoes. I also got to try their arcade. They have a few standard arcade games and some new games too with VR glasses and motion controls. I ordered a drink through the unique QR code, and it arrived promptly. Again, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find the place to be a bit unclean. The bathroom had half-drunk pints by the sink, and I did find someone's jacket between the bench and the table. It didn't look like there was a lot of staff on duty though, and this was late at night. Overall I had a really great time, and I look forward to going back in the future!

   The staff were lovely polite kind and understanding. The facilities were very clean and having noticed the VIP signage on bowling my son mentioned it and the lady was.more than happy to put us there over all lovely place coin machines you can use your card or contactless to get money for the arcade :)

   Really lovely modern bowling alley. Lived up to the Hollywood Bowl standard that you’d expect. The arcade area was lovely and well kept, with a good selection of arcade games of all varieties. The bowling alleys were clean and bright. Lovely place to kill a few hours - would definitely come back!

   Had a good time, the main area is clean, you can order coffee and all that to your booth and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Some of the bowling balls also have 2 sets of holes for different finger sizes which was cool. Only downside was that one of my mates said the loos weren't the best.

   Based inside the red dragon center with plenty of other establishments around it, free parking in the large car park with validation and a 3 minute walk from the nearest train station. Inside you will also find a large arcade with many new games and lots of claw machine type games You will also find a Diner, Bar and pool tables. VIP lanes are also available.

   Centrally located in Cardiff Bay, this bowling alley has ample free parking. There are twenty lanes, a bar with pool, an amusement area plus a dinning area. I went o a Friday and precbooked a drinks package with bowling which was good value for money.
