Loved the escape room, was difficult but our game master Rob was so helpful and patient with us. All the staff we met were super talkative and friendly would definitely go back to do another :)
I wouldn't recommend to seasoned escape roomers, good for your first ever experience. Go if you like your steak well done with no salt.
I recently visited this escape room with a group of friends, and unfortunately, we all left feeling quite underwhelmed. The host in charge of our game was noticeably unenthusiastic, and when we needed assistance, it took a long time to get a response. Rather than answering our questions through an audio system (as we've experienced in other escape rooms), the host had to physically come into the room each time, which disrupted the experience and wasted valuable time. The building itself has a very unusual format for an escape room, and not in a good way. One puzzle we completed correctly failed to trigger the next step, and instead of progressing naturally, the host had to manually provide us with the next key – again, wasting more time. Cleanliness was also an issue. The room didn’t feel well-maintained, which added to our disappointment. For the price we paid (£92), we expected a much smoother and more immersive experience. Compared to other escape rooms we've visited, this one fell short in several ways. Sadly, we didn’t feel we got value for money.
Went here with my Partner a month ago. It was our 1st time doing an escape room together. The staff at the front desk were really friendly. We ran out of time but was given an extra 20mins since we were near the end! They didn't have to do that but it was really appreciated for us first timers. Will definitely go again soon!
Great fun, have been a couple of times and booked in again next month. Staff are friendly and explain everything clearly. Themes of the rooms are excellent with a wide choice and are atmospheric. Genuinely enjoyed our visits and would recommend.

We went for our first time, we didn’t know what to expect . All I can say it was brilliant the game was so clever, the staff was excellent so helpful.. definitely coming back.
We had loads of fun working together to escape down the rabbit hole. The room had elements that really made all of us think. It was the first I had done but will definitely come back again.
Such a good experience, good laugh and the team help you if you get really stuck Start with the easier levels and work your way up! Great activity before a meal out or night out!
