   It would be great if someone answered the Telephone. Needed to cancel an appointment for wax removal on 30th December. Tried to call on two occasions. I was 1st in queue apparantly, but waited 20mins, gave up in the end. Do I now travel for 30mins by bus to go into the shop and tell them face to face. Only two stars on this occasion as I have had good service up until this point.

   Appointments are easy to book online and reception staff at St Stephens Street Hearing Centre are always welcoming and helpful. My appointment was on time and Rosie was most helpful in adjusting my hearing aid settings based on my description of the situations/sounds I was finding difficult. So far, these adjustments are proving to be helpful. Thank you to the Specsavers Hearing team in Norwich!

   Wonderful experience on Monday 6th October. I took my brother in (who has learning disabilities and finds such visits stressful) as he was having problem with his hearing aids and the staff were so kind, considerate and helpful to him. They helped resolve his issues and he felt happy. I don’t very often write reviews but I’m so impressed with the care he received I felt it worthy a mention.

   Couldn’t have been more helpful. Brought my mother’s hearing aids in to be checked. I was asked if I could leave them and pick up in an hour - returned a few hours later, all checks done, confirmed fully working, parts replaced and supply of batteries provided - all on the NHS, no charge. Poppy assisted from start to finish, excellent service, well done and thank you.

   I was referred by my GP and got an appointment within a few days. The audiologist was lovely and knowledgeable She took her time and explained everything. I had my test and was shown the different types of hearing aids and explained how they worked and how to maintain them. As the next customer was not booked in for another 20 minutes I was then fitted with the aids and given batteries there and then Excellent service.
