Very friendly welcome. Was early to my appointment so got seen to quickly instead of having to wait till it was allocated time. Very professional. Melissa Robbins my optician was great. Explaining everything as she was going along. Very patient with me. Extremely thorough.
Just had the very best eye test today by Melissa and afterwards sorting my lenses with Leo. Having had issues with my eyes, the level of testing was excellent. Came away feeling so positive that finally I have not only the right prescription, but a plan of action to correct my other symptoms. Everything was well explained, thorough and all my queries answered. Thank you both for going the extra mile, I am very grateful. To anyone considering an eye test head here, professional excellence with a friendly welcome.
From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. My eye test was thorough, checking for abnormalities at the back of my eye. After my eye test, I was given plenty of time to choose my frames. For an eye test, I would say, was an enjoyable experience. Just waiting now for my new glasses.
Not very happy at all. Had an appointment booked weeks ago for 9:25am, sat there for 20 mins before I got seen. Then the reason I've gone in is to try some different contact lenses, which hadnt even been ordered ? I clearly requested to try them when I booked the appointment. Booked the morning off work to get in early and was absolutely pointless. This just tops off the fact I ordered glasses earlier this year and did not recieve my discount, so paid full price? Just seems like the service doesn't listen properly and also doesn't give you the benefits you pay for every month for the last 15 years.
The eye exam was very informative and professional. The gentleman explained what the problems were that I was having with my eyes and how he could help to get them sorted out. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. The girls out the front were great too a lovely young lady helped me choose some glasses frames and was really helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this opticians to anyone worried about their eyes or having their regular check up.
Great experience. Eye test completed professionally and very helpful sales staff. Glasses arrived in 4 days. Overall a very good experience.
Myself and my partner had an amazing experience with the team at vision express in castle mall. Amy and Chloe were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They could not have been more helpful, constantly willing to offer advice on the financial aspects of purchasing new glasses, listening to our needs and helping us to find exactly the right glasses for us. These two exhibited some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, so happy to help and so kind and helpful at all times, with a brilliant level of knowledge and a genuine passion for their jobs. I returned to the store to let them know my glasses order had been screwed up e.g. lens tint was blue not grey and only abt 50% tint in place of 90%. The assistant was very helpful and respectful
