I am restricted from using the drop in service because I was using it too much!!! I was never warned about this they just put it in place. The restriction was put in place around 10 months ago and I’m still not allowed to use this service. So for them to say they are there for you when going through mental health difficulties they are not.

If I could star lower i would. What an awful service to deal with. My son really needed support and went here for support, but because he kept asking for the same person as he related to her and felt comfortable with her, they then banned him for 2 months. I had a meeting today with them and continously asked them to provide there policy and procedure. The manager very sheepish then informed me that he didn't think it was in the policy but he would need to check. Hasen to add this is now going further. As they are there to support mental health but doesn't seem like they care

I was restricted from using the drop-in service simply for attending too often. There was no warning, no clear policy, and no explanation until it was suddenly enforced. Instead of support, I was quietly pushed out for needing help more than they were prepared to offer. This service claims to be open-access, but in reality, it punishes consistency and vulnerability. Extremely disappointing and harmful.

Unfortunately, our experience at Nest cafe was disappointing and unwelcoming. As a family with young children, we understand that things can get a bit lively, but we were shocked by the staff's attitude towards us. On two separate occasions, we were told to be quiet for simply chatting, which felt overly strict and unfriendly. What really stood out was the way the staff interacted with our toddlers. Despite them not causing any damage, the staff seemed irritated and unpleasant when they ran around. As parents, we expect a level of understanding and patience when it comes to children's behavior in public spaces. Given the unwelcoming atmosphere and staff behavior, we wouldn't recommend this cafe for families or anyone looking for a relaxed experience. Hopefully, the management will take steps to improve their customer service and create a more welcoming environment.

Very helpful and supportive service. I went here following a recommendation from 111, and I can't thank REST enough. It's incredible how lovely the staff I spoke with were. I wish there were a branch in Dereham to save on travelling as far.
