   I was welcomed straight away by a friendly member of staff and was taken to the seating area to wait for my eye test, I arrived slightly early but I was seen quickly. The optometrist was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I was then seen by Louise and she helped me pick my new frame and explained the different types of lenses and which would suit my daily life. She was interested in my day and made me feel like I wasn't just a customer, she has excellent customer service and is a credit to the conpany

   I was knocked off my push bike and was getting trouble with my eyes so i went in for a eye check and oct where they found i had a swollen optic nerve. The staff were very friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome. I was seen quick and efficiently. The staff at this branch are amazing and should be recommended for the expertise.

   The whole experience is totally ‘stressless’. You are warmly greeted on entering the store, details checked & directed to seating. I only had to wait moments before I was taken through for my checks & scan, (well worth paying the extra for), and then taken straight up to the consulting room. I was dealt with in an efficient, friendly & professional way the procedure being fully explained throughout. My prescription had barely changed so there was no need for new spectacles & it was refreshing that there was no ‘hard sell’ to purchase replacement frames. I had to wait a short while for my wife to finish so availed myself of a free coffee, most enjoyable. Thankyou.

   Really happy with my experience at Specsavers St Stephens. Danni did my initial glasses appointment and was brilliant – friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Chris handled my collection and fitting appointment and made sure the glasses fitted perfectly. Both were great to deal with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this branch.

   Bought my glasses here few weeks agousing prescription from another company. No issues. I've been served by a lovely lady (can't remember the name sorry! dark ginger hair? :)). She was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. I had a small problem with my glasses for a week, couldn't get used to it and after a quick call I was given the next appointment with someone who helped me very much. The glasses felt much more comfortable afterwards and I had no issues or whatsoever with them anymore. The quality is good and price reasonable. I only give 4 stars as I think the rest of the staff should show more initiative.
