   Had to visit the branch 5 times, at a 50 minute, 29 mile round trip & 2 eye tests to get 2 pairs of glasses that still aren't 100% correct, but can't afford to keep making the journey, so will have to put up with them. Next time I'll go to Spec Savers.

   Poor service. Eye test 5 weeks ago. Was told glasses would be no more than 2 weeks. After 3 weeks had heard nothing. Called the store. 1 pair was there but not the other (store had not contacted me to say 1 pair was ready). Was told that they would contact me when the remaining pair arrived. Heard nothing. Phoned again after 2 weeks. Store could not find order for my 2nd pair so have had to reorder. Now having to wait potentially another 2 weeks to get glasses. Not impressed.

   Staff are rude behind peoples back. They are not competent in any easy repairs. I have cancelled my ordered and gone elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated like that

   Really friendly and helpful young lady at the reception, she did the puff test and 2 others also checked my glasses. The NHS eye test done by the ophthalmologist, who was very kind, patient and friendly, was very thorough. I was seen in time and will happily recommend this branch.

   The initial tests and the actual eye test were fine professional and time taken. But when I was measured it was done in about 2 minutes really rushed and left me with no confidence in the work When my glasses arrived I was given them and left to try them myself,I couldn't see to read or see long distance I then had to wait 3 weeks for another test, I had paid ( not cheap) and the glasses were no good, as it turned out I was measured incorrectly, now waiting for replacements Wont be using again!!
