As per usual, fantastic personal service from Jacqui and the team. I highly recommend this opticians. They care about their customers. It’s the little details which make a big difference.
My husband and I are visiting from Birmingham, he unfortunately managed to damage his only set of glasses. We rang on the way and they told him to pop in, that they could help. And they did, in and out in 10mins.
Just the most helpful people, I was passing through today and had an issue with the lenses in my glasses. Warmly welcomed and despite me offering them a problem that wasn't their fault they went above and beyond to help fix my glasses. We should be using opticians like this not big chain brands!

The service was first class. From the eye test through to getting my new glasses the staff couldn’t have been any better. In particular I have to mention the lovely lady, Rachel, who helped me choose the right frames for me and the right lenses for what I need. She spent time patiently helping and advising and made me feel relaxed.
The best opticians in Beccles by far. Arrived 5 mins early for my appointment and was seen straight away. Optician was super helpful and professional. She explained everything clearly during the appointment. All staff were very friendly and helped me choose my glasses with honest advise. Jack was especially helpful. He even offered to make me a cuppa. Highly recommended.

Yesterday my wife had an appointment, during this time it came up in conversation that I had a slight problem with my glasses. It was very quickly sorted out and was no bother for the staff.
