What's the point of giving out appointment times when clinicians never stick to them?!? Been sat for over an hour past my sons appointment time, and plenty of others have came in, got seen and have left again. DISGUSTING!
Staff are kind and friendly
Took my newborn here for a tongue tie assessment after we were struggling to feed him on bottle and breast. After a very careful examination and lots of soothing from the lovely staff, Jenny confirmed he had a tongue tie and talked us through the process of cutting the frenulum - possible risks and benefits and double checked if we wanted his frenulum cut. We were able to have his frenulum cut at the same appointment and I was given careful assistance and tips with latching him to the breast. I could see and feel an immediate difference and am so appreciative that we were able to have this done very quickly and with so much kindness and assistance.
