I stayed here while visiting Dereham and had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I realised I needed some documents printing and had forgotten to do it before leaving home — Alex helped me with this straight away, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room itself was lovely and cosy, with all the amenities I needed. I only wish I had brought my swimming shorts so I could have made use of the pool! There’s also a beautiful little lake at the back of the hotel — I sat there after breakfast and it was so peaceful. The food was excellent value for money too. Overall, a really enjoyable stay — I would happily return.

We had a meal to celebrate my daughter's graduation from uni. The food was outstanding, the ambience just right with really excellent service. No hesitation in giving 5 stars here as we had a great evening. Many thanks for completing our special day in style.

We booked Greenbanks for some of our wedding guests and I stayed there the night before. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff were incredible and so helpful throughout the weekend. They were there when we needed anything and catered to any requests. The food was delicious with a great selection of choices. Would definitely stay there again!

I Stayed here for a model railway exhibition in Dereham and it was a lovely hotel I arrived quite late and was greeted with the lovely owner who then made us some food which was AMAZING. He gave us some food for breakfast in the morning as we were going to miss it. He then showed us to our amazing room which was exceptionally clean and our beds were very comfy. Overall This is a amazing hotel and should have 5 stars

We stayed at this hotel so that my husband could attend a nearby course in blacksmithing. The situation was excellent for the course but was also a very good place to stay. We had a room on a self catering basis for two nights and bed and breakfast for one night. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for my husband’s early starts. Everything was working and attractive to the eye….quite important as I spent more time in the room than my husband did. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The variety of accommodation available is ideal for family/friend combinations. I hope we find a need to go back to the area so we can stay again.

What a fabulous place to stay. With hosts who give the exact amount of help and welcoming atmosphere without being imposing. Had a great sleep on the most comfortable pillows ever. Tasteful decor in keeping with the surroundings. Great breakfast served by great staff. Will now be staying again soon for family trips but also will be using for any business trips to the area. Spotless clean including pool and communal area. So if your looking a real top place to stay and a relaxing experience. Look no further than here. Even my mother who has poor mobility had great facilities that catered for here mobility issues.

Wonderful hotel. Very quaint and comfortable rooms, with clean bathrooms. Staff are very friendly and professional. We stayed following a wedding and they were happy to process an earlier check in so we could arrive to the late in the night. The chef even cooked us up a vegan breakfast the next morning. Many thanks to Julie and the rest of the team!

We had an amazing stay. Room 5 was perfect for us and our toddler. Staff went above and beyond, letting us check in early and providing a small evening meal for our son even though the kitchen was closed. Also very good for gluten free food. We would definitely stay again!

I travel a lot for work and so i stay in many hotels but I have never been so well looked after as I have here, extraordinarily good hotel. We stayed for a nearby wedding but also brought our 18 month old. We asked ahead of time if we could have warm milk and toast for our son at 6pm when he would need to go to bed, despite running on a skeleton crew of 1 due to all hotel guests being at the wedding and the owners being told no one would need anything as all would be provided for at the wedding, this was delivered within minutes of me asking on the day. I was also asked if I had eaten and needed any food, not wishing to be problematic I said something small would suffice but the owner instead offered me a burger and fries meal, complete with macaroons and beer. He even went the extra mile by knocking on the window lightly so as not to wake my son. Amazing service. Also for anyone who is gluten free like me, this is again an amazing place. The aforementioned food was completely gluten free (burger WITH bun) as was the beer. For breakfast I was given the choice of white or brown gf bread and even a gf pain au chocolat, let alone gf sausages, spoilt for choice. If you have an EV its also worth noting they have two Teslas chargers on site to use, this was pointed out to me on arrival and was another great boon. Wish I could give them another star.
