Had mole removals done (value for money!) Definitely welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Service with a smile and plenty of reassuring professional chatter which made me feel at ease. Studio is very clean, don't think twice about using services
I've had a range of treatments done at ZG's, from nails to plasma pen therapy. Every time I go there I'm made to feel relaxed and in safe hands. Excellent customer service. The quality of the treatments I had was exceptional. Professionally handled by skilled beauticians. My results were noticeable and exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
What a great experience and value for money. I don't usually get the opportunity to pamper myself and this was a real treat. The lady was lovely and she made me feel very relaxed. Even helped tackle my ingrowing toe nails and I now feel like I'm walking on air. I can't wait to go back and make this a regular treat. A real hidden gem on my door step.
ZGs was part of a pamper event I organised for charity, offering a number of different treatments to the people who attended. Every person who used their services during the evening were very positive and please with their results. ZGs were fabulous to work with, friendly and professional and so helpful to me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend ZGs to anyone.

Writing on behalf of my Mother - Her experience caused her distress for multiple reasons, she would like me to share... during her experience her eyelids were glued together due to the large amount of glue used and before they were peeled/pulled apart the lady doing the eyelashes left the room and began to use "pre-made" fans which my mother had specifically asked not to be used on her eyelashes - when my mother questioned if she had now started to put fans on the lady lied and said they were not. Upon arriving home her eyes were bright red and she was upset, she had a very visible thick line of glue at the bottom of her eyelashes touching her eyelids also causing the eyelash extensions to be stuck together. Due to her pervious training in this field she was upset saying she knows she will experience pain throughout the process of her eyelashes growing out. Luckily this will not be cause for concern due to them only lasting a few days before clumps of lashes & glue have started to fall out. She is completely disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning. £40.00 for a poor experience and poor quality lashes as well as lashes that have only lasted a few days.
Have been using this place for a short while but have always found Zara very helpful and professional. I needed to change my appointment and again no problem. Always made to feel at ease. In the current climate all the necessary steps are taken to ensure customer safety. Can't wait for salon to be open again. We
