This is far the best nail salon. Would never go anywhere else now. Really lovely people. Nails last much longer than anyone else I have been and best prices.
Kevin was excellent. He is talented and polite and friendly. So grateful. Enjoyed our time. We did h e to wait 10mins after appointment but not too long.
Princess Nails never disappoints! The staff are always so friendly and incredibly talented. I usually book with Amee, who takes her time and creates such a calm, relaxing experience. I’m always thrilled with how my nails turn out—highly recommend!

This is hands down the best nail salon that I have ever gone to and I’ve been to many in different cities. As I’m new to the area I was really nervous about what the staff would be like or what the outcome of my nails would be. I can’t fault them for anything. I’m a wheelchair user but what I loved was that they didn’t treat me any differently to their other customers. I can be quite fussy but Tony (my technician) didn’t seem bothered about it at all and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He always asked in between steps if I was happy. The salon is wonderfully clean it has a nice calming and friendly atmosphere. I used to travel 3 hours for my nails and thanks to this place it’s only 30 minute travel time. What made their service even more outstanding is that when it came to my pedicure they helped me to get into the chair and siding make me feel like a burden. If you’re looking for somewhere that has a warm feeling, exceptional customer service, cleanliness & most importantly hands of god to create some beautiful artistic nails!!! Love!! Love!! Love!!
Welcome Kevin and Tony to Princess Nails Dereham. What a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and professional, my nails were beautifully shaped and polished and finished to a high standard. To top it all I was given a hand massage with hand cream, my hands felt wonderful. Great experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Recently been taken over by new owners and they were extremely polite and friendly, offered me a hot drink when I arrived and it was cold outside so he got the heater out for me to warm up quicker as well. They did a great job of my acrylic infills and I’m going to try the dip powder next time. They said they’re getting lots of new products in as well so I’m excited to try. Highly recommend.
3rd December 2022. It was lovely to see new faces when entering the salon and to have a 5* experience from the beginning. Myself and my disabled mum had our services carried out by the lovely Kevin and Tony at Princess Nails Dereham. They are very professional and my mums nails were beautifully shaped and and finished off with gels on her natural nails and finished off to a high standard. I had a lovely full set acrylics carried out, again very professional, neat and precise to the reference picture. To top it all off we finished with a lovely professional pedicure our feet felt absolutely wonderful and again very neatly done. Great experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will always recommend and come back for our services.
