I booked with Tracey a luxury reflexology appt (with facial + heated booties). This was my first time of reflexology, not only did I feel relaxed after amazing facial the reflexology just took me to another state of relaxation. I slept so well! I would definitely recommend Tracey for this treatment and will be booking again, thank you Tracey.
Kirsty fitted and colour matched my extensions to perfection! The colour and blend are seamless and cut flattering. As my hair is so short she recommended tapes which are very light, not bulky and invisible. So many styling options including hair up. I’m new to the area and so happy I discovered Hair Now, Beauty Now, as it literally offers all hair and beauty treatments. As a family owned salon, they are extremely professional and friendly and I will be using them from now on. Yesterday was my third visit and it was for a full head of highlights on four months re-growth on quite dark chestnut roots. I was naturally a little nervous as it was the first time I’d used a new salon in years, but I am so happy with the result. Lydia spent time really understanding what I wanted and familiarising herself with my hair before getting started. She is an excellent foiler and works quickly and efficiently whilst still being very friendly and chatty. The end result is probably the best highlights I have ever had - Lydia blended the new coverage with the grown out bleach perfectly and really packed the highlights in - it’s as close to fully bleached look without actually having to have a full bleach service (which I find too damaging to my hair, so prefer highlights). She also trimmed, dried and straightened my hair perfectly and it’s one of the only times I’ve got home from the salon and not had to redo the style - it was perfect first time by Lydia. So pleased I have found her and I’m already rebooked for my next set of highlights. Going back to her next week for a Keratin straightening treatment. Thank you Lydia - you’re a total star!
I moved to Norfolk and discovered this lovely hair and beauty salon . Kirsty did a fantastic job on my hair full new colour and cut , I left with lovely soft shiny hair , i’m very a very happy customer , booked another appointment. Kirsty was very friendly and chatty , relaxed afternoon , I look forward to booking beauty treatments, I loved my new customer gift bag , ice touch
So I made a last minute booking really close the appointment time, and booked online with ease. The wax was good value for money and I was met by lovely friendly staff. The treatment room used was out the back and whilst the consumables used were clean the room could do with redecorating and replacing some rusty items. I was staring at a patch of flaking paper on the ceiling for most of the appointment. A thorough wax but when I got home I noticed one foot and toes had been missed! Ample car parking.
Becky is amazing and helping transform my very soft, brittle nails. She is very professional and does an amazing job. Highly recommend her.

I booked a microblading brow top up with Beckie after having my eyebrows done at another salon around 18 months ago; visiting the salon was a great experience. Beckie is an absolute professional in the service she gives and the knowledge around the treatment. The salon itself was welcoming, clean and well kept, the overall experience and visit was really positive and I look forward to booking more treatments in the future. 5 stars from me!
I took my 7 year old daughter this morning for ear piercing. We had such a nice experience! Thank you- the girls were lovely to my daughter and made a fuss of her and made it a special experience.
