I cannot recommend Jayne for laser hair removal highly enough. I have had courses of laser hair removal at two other clinics in the past. Jayne's service was by far the least painful and the most attentive in terms of safety.
Suddenly having mole type lumps appear across my face I spoke to Malcolm and Helen at the old Surgery Laser Clinic who were lovely and friendly and I consequently booked in for laser treatment removal. This was done without any fuss or pain and drops were administered for a short time by me afterwards. The whole procedure was great and I am now totally blemish free, amazing, thank you so much. ❤️ I won’t hesitate to return another day.
I would recommend this clinic 100% as I had several procedures done in one session, and the whole experience was very good and was reassured all the way through by Malcolm and Helen. Aftercare by Malcolm via photos was excellent all healed and looking good after 2 weeks. Also a big thank you to Sam on reception for looking after myself and my wife providing refreshments and making us feel very welcome. Many thanks Roy and Angie.
This place and the people who work here are amazing. I went for a consultation with them to explore how to reduce the appearance of lots of cysts on my face. They eventually removed these by laser and I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. Their knowledge and expertise about all things skin and all things laser is outstanding. It was such an easy and seamless process from start to finish because of the care and experience of all the people involved - they are fabulous people at this place. I would give them 10 stars in this review if there was that option. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.
Starting from booking the appointment to the end of the procedure I experienced excellent service. They are friendly, professional, and informative. When I first spoke to Sarah about what I needed to achieve she really took time to explain everything A to Z. She is highly professional and knowledgeable. She will advise you on the best option not just for the sake of money but to give her one hundred percent commitment to help you with what needs to be achieved. It was the first time I went through an aesthetic procedure and I was really nervous. But she was so gentle and I'm really happy with the results. I highly recommend Doctors Laser Clinic and Sarah Hilton.

I'm a person who likes personal and relaxed interaction and this threaded throughout my experience with every person I came into contact with. I have to give a massive shout out to Sarah Hilton whose high level of knowledge and experience was clearly evident, and her relaxed and friendly approach made my appointment enjoyable.
The initial consultation explained the process I would go through in a very professional and easy to understand manner. Malcolm and Helen’s approach was relaxed and light hearted which was appreciated. The procedure was far easier than I anticipated and I am very pleased with the end results of my treatment.
