In particular, Jo listened carefully to my needs and offered a rental option that was perfect for my budget when I initially considered purchasing. I wanted to discuss the option at home and when I returned another day to accept her offer, the item had sold, but another member of staff and Jo, went above and beyond to find an even better solution for me. Their dedication to ensuring I got the best deal really stood out. On top of that, when I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well due to chronic fatigue, Jo showed great care by providing me with a chair while she completed the paperwork. The wife wanted a new washing machine, decided to rent in the end, best thing we ever did.....you are fully covered for everything for a small monthly price, so much stock to look at, and I think it was Jamie looked after us so well , no hard selling , and all staff were great.....we shall be carrying on down this road now , no need to go anywhere else but Hughes rent or buy....
