   Needed to see the tech guys got an appointment. 10 mins ok twenty mins later had to ask told 5 mins ok 10 mins later still waiting .. nothing we had another appointment elsewhere so we left 15 mins after leaving get a text message say appointment is ready?! Rediculous poor service! Considering the amount of staff tell me the truth ! If it’s going be a say an hour! Time management considering all on technology alarms is terrible! Very disappointing level of service and neglect as not even asked if needed anything while waiting to check were being looked after!

   I went to the Apple shop today with an enquiry. One member of staff dealing with enquiry in a polite and respectful manor until some spikey little girl came along wanting me to repeat what I’ve just told the chap. Rude, unhelpful and muttering curse words as I walked away. Your staff need training in how to speak to people especially neurodiverse people. I won’t be using the Norwich shop again. Also, a lot of people are saying great product crap service. I’ve been using Apple products since the early days and I can safely say Apple aren’t what they used to be, that’s for sure.

   It's really nothing but fraud, they offer repair service but the repair fee is twice the price of the same product, especially for the headset, and their staff has been nothing but arrogant. They make comments but when you start commenting they immediately open the pad in their hand and say this and that. customer service-0 sensible service-0 Stand behind a product-0

   I purchased my Apple Watch from this store, was expecting it too be a nice relaxed experience, but ended up feeling extremely rushed and stressed. This is not only due to the fact I ended up buying the watch in less than 10 minutes, but the fact the worker who served me constantly gave me dirty looks. However the store was clean and had most of the newer models for sale

   Store team standing outside shop leaning over staircase , chatting and watching the world go by ignoring customers in shop. Team that are actually inside the shop doing their best to not make eye contact or approach you if you require help. Awful experience

   Second time we've visited, each around a year apart, service was perfect, plenty staff at hand to help, every current device available to view and test, the in store overview on devices helps you compare and see what's new and different. Staff were very helpful, and most products are available to take home. Parking is adequate, not the best, but it does the job. Prices for parking is fine.
