Our most recent purchase was a set of Bose ear buds in Baltic Blue. The product is brilliant, very comfortable to wear and has a choice of soft ear inserts. The storage case charges the buds via a USB lead. The most innovative thing is how you can pause sound or adjust volume by simply passing a finger over the right ear bud... brilliant sound and connects easily to any Bluetooth device. The Gerald Giles sales team always provide unbiased product information. Their after sales support and service is amongst the best we have ever experienced. The service here was outstanding. We needed to refit our entire kitchen, ordered what we needed and as they arrived individually stored them all until we were ready to fit. In the meantime we needed a new tumble dryer (the 17 year old caught fire) and that was delivered within 48 hours. Great customer service, good range of quality products and a good price too
