“I had an issue with my washing machine this morning previously rented from Hughes long story short I fixed the two problems that I started with but caused a bigger problem (flooding the floor) I called Hughes to get advice on a engineer and prices, I spoke to the lovely Courtney who was amazing with her advice support and encouragement I could fix it myself and guess what I did.. silly me I hadn’t fully tied the drainage cap back on like Courtney suggested! Massive relief I’ve fixed it! This women will not be defeated! Washing machine 0 - 1 Kellie. Happy to have my machine working again!”
