Just bought a new TV from Hughes Dereham and I have to say that their customer care is exceptional. The TV was for my mum, who is hard of hearing, but Matt went above and beyond to make sure that her experience was as smooth as possible. This included getting her a chair to sit on, moving the TV of choice to a different shelf so it was similar to her home situation and managing the noise in the store so she could listen to it without other distractions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; even doing some background research about devices and functions for the hard of hearing - a definite credit to your company. Thanks also to Bob and Jan who were also very friendly and helpful during our visit. What a lovely store, with super staff.

Excellent service both in the store and the delivery. The two staff who delivered the washer and installed it could not have been more courteous and helpful, plus very careful when moving the old washer out and the new in. Good service all round.

All I can say is that the service provided by Jamie, Janet, Will and Cooper of the Dereham Team, not forgetting Mitchell of the Norwich Team has been outstanding from start to finish. A modern new Hotpoint oven was supplied however unfortunately it did not fit (an error on my part). The teams worked seamlessly to find me an alternative unit to fit my bespoke application. There was no hesitation in taking the incorrect oven back despite it being unpacked, etc. I now have a new oven that fits and Iām one happy customer. The moral of the story is that it really does pay off shopping local. Thank you Hughes!

My house bound disabled mother wanted a combi microwave, unfortunately the wrong one was purchased. Will and the manager at Dereham store in Norfolk, were great in sorting it all out, and ordering the correct combi microwave. Outstanding customer service- thank you.
