Did a click and collect and the person was convinced the items I had bought wouldn’t be there as in his words they were discontinued in September so how did you get them. They are on your website I said and off he went in a vain search to find them and yes they were there. Didn’t make me feel valued as a customer.
Needed a new battery and to have it fitted. Our fitter was absolutely brilliant. He quickly established the best choices, discussed and then fitted it. He also helped with several other things and was courteous ?& friendly throughout. Excellent visit.
Needed a new battery fitted ASAP. Called in whilst out & found all the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. New battery fitted & tested. I was so impressed I also opted to join their HMC Premium annual Membership offering lots of further benefits. Thoroughly recommend.
Turned up with no appt booked. Fitter had the job done very quickly. That’s removing the complete headlight to fit the bulb, did. both sides in 15 mins and the price was £40 for 2x 200% brighter bulbs and fitting!! Brilliant service will highly recommend them
First class repair of windscreen chip. This is the second chip I have had repaired at Halfords in Dereham and both times they have done an excellent job; better than other well known firms.

Great experience with Halfords in Dereham. I went yesterday to fit a rear and front dashcam and I am really pleased with the services provided. No cables showing anywhere in the car and I received the best recommendations and they showed me how to use the equipment, also the fitting didn't took so long. I'll definitely return to them for other services in the future.
