   Highly recommended for any car owner who has a diesel automatic. There was a fault on my Mercedes A200 which meant the car was stuck in gear and needed a full diagnostic and repair. I emailed Bruce who was nothing but helpful from that initial email. My car was towed to the garage last Wednesday, and they were able to get everything fixed within a week, which was a huge relief. Bruce was incredibly efficient in sourcing the necessary parts, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. Not only were they fast, but the price was very reasonable compared to other garages I’ve used in the past. When I collected my car, Bruce took the time to explain the issues with my car and what had been repaired. I highly recommend MB Auto Centre.

   I was on holiday in my E Class when it went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. I had guessed it was either the DPF or the DPF pressure sensor. My guess was confirmed and was fortunately the cheaper of the two. He saw my car within an hour of my phoning up, quickly diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. He installed the new sensor first thing this morning, less than 24 hours after I first contacted him, and everything seems to be working perfectly now. The price was fair and he couldn't have been any quicker about it (which matters as we're here on holiday) so I'm very pleased with the service I received.

   Possibly the worst service I have ever received. MB Auto Centre has cost me several thousands of pounds and many years of pain. Shortly after my issues with them, they folded the company and started another (with an ever so slightly different name)!

   Took my A45 over for transmission oil, plugs, oil change and brake flush. Super friendly, very honest, great comms and bang on time. Genuine Merc parts& oils all done for a fraction of the price of Mercedes main dealer, without doubt will be using these guys again - they're 35 miles from me so that should give some idea of how pleased I am with their service, keep up the good work chaps and I'll see you for the next one.
