    Fantastic service - FIVE STARS. Called up around 4pm to enquire about availability and delivery times on a fridge freezer. Needed rather urgently as elderly mothers has just packed in and was full of bits getting ready for Christmas. In less than two hours it had been delivered and the old one taken away by Mark on his way home. No bother, no fuss just a first class service. Thank you.

    Took my Dyson Handheld in, had an intermittent fault and kept cutting out. The man in the shop was knowledgable and friendly. He suspected that it might have been the filter. We took it to back to his workshop and cleaned out the filter. He put it back together and it was working again! Will be visiting again if I ever any further problems with my Dyson. Brilliant service!

    We had a problem with our Dyson hoover after I fell over and landed on it. Since buying the hoover in 2014 we have never had it serviced nor changed any of the filters, we took it here to get fixed and for it to be serviced. A few days later we got the call to say it was ready to collect, on collection we were charged £20 for the gentleman to say it wasn't broken and it had only started going funny due to the age, but after lubrication it should be fine now, however it wasn't! Also we were told the filters did not need changing. Therefore not really sure why we were charged and that you can class yourself as a Dyson repair place! We will definitely not be coming back or recommend this place to anyone!!

    We wanted a washing machine and dishwasher in black , I phoned up and they looked through for me and I couldn’t get them anywhere cheaper. I got a phone call on Tuesday saying they were in and they would be able to have them to us the next day . These were delivered, fitted and they even took my old ones away in the price. Brilliant service very friendly, helpful. support your little shops as these give you better service than the big giants. Thankyou , one very happy lady .
