Like all the screwfix's I have visited this was as expected. Very efficient, plenty of parking. I went to collect a pre-ordered part and as per usual it was handed over in seconds. Also I was returning a part purchased from another branch. Dealt with in seconds and refund in my bank account the next morning. That's why I use Screwfix.
I ordered some items from this, very quick and easy. Received a message to say my items were ready for collection, when I got there staff very very polite and fetch my items straight away. Very good service.
Helpful team at Bowthorpe. Usual Screwfix problems common to all branches (ie. never carrying stock of many absolute basics which are next-day only!!) are not the staff's fault but down to Kingfisher Group.
These guys are top notch. Always so helpful with any queries I've had. 10/10 customer service. I've purchased a few items, many of which are titan. Marcus delt with us and he definitely went above and beyond highly recommend.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful and stock of all the general stuff you need is good. Most of the time there is sufficient parking spaces. Handily, the front doors can be pushed/pulled open in either direction which is handy when carrying large/heavy items.
Need a small hexagon screwdriver for my drill . Laura served me and sorted out size I needed and even loosened the one I took in on the appliance which was to tight for me . Service was excellent and I said I would leave a review for my employee of the week !!
Bought a 3M length of plumbing pipe. Realised I couldn't fit it in the car so the chap serving me offered to cut it in half. Exceptional service. Highly recommend this place.
With the latest COVID measures they ask you to order and pay online and then collect in store. You get a text message telling you when your items are ready for collection. Collection is very quick so you are in and out of the store within a few minutes.
Close to work. Easy to order stuff online to collect during lunch break or next day. Reasonable prices, nice staff. Parking outside. The website is really handy with lots of reviews and information regarding the products. They also have a forum where you can ask questions.
Well even if I am still upset cause they didn't call me when I applied for a job, have been recently and found everything that I was looking for. The staff was very helpful and I would say even kind. Prices were reasonably small comparing with other diy shops.
