This Toolstation has gone down hill, they sell incorrectly advertised items which were the wrong size, selling socket back covers 5mm large than advertised, so now I have odd sockets, also sold my wife a split plastic trucking, both of which I started to work with and now unable to return after finding the issues.
Mostly go to my local store in Diss,but was in Beccles and decided to pop in and collect some bits whilst in the town,perfect polite service as usual from the staff,great friendly customer service received
Local to me and stocking just about all I need. Anytime something is not in stock I have received it the next day. Super friendly and helpful staff. Limited onsite parking.
I had a split order. One item was on 24hr delivery to store. I wanted to check this had arrived before I set off to collect as the email didn't specify what was ready for collection and it hadn't been even close to 24hrs. The phone number provided is general call centre. I was 42nd in the queue!! There is no way of contacting the branch and I didn't have all day to wait for them to answer.
This shop has everything! If they don't have it in stock they get for you. Really helpful and friendly staff with a sense of humour. Thanks guys. Liz Barnett
Went into here for a product, even though they didn’t have the product available they went above and beyond to check availability and other alternatives. After understanding I did not know much about DIY they put everything in simple terms for me to understand. Fantastic customer service
After having a new sink fitted, the plumbing under the sink needed some adjustments as it was leaking. Being a DIY novice I went into Tool Station in Beccles armed only with a photo and a complete lack of knowledge as to what I needed to resolve the problem. The sales advisor was very helpful, he spent time discussing the problem and possible DIY solutions and even though the end decision was it was probably best to call a plumber or a friend with enough experience to fix it, I really appreciated the time and the advice he gave me.
Andy at rhe Beccles Toolstation was super helpful. He tried to find em an alternative product for one that seems to be discontinued, and although the one he found me wasnt a match, his customer service was outstanding. Thanks
