   It's not the store it's the foreigners on the end of the phone that can't speak English that are a problem, also they have things on the website at good price yet unfortunately you can never buy in your area and they can't be delivered!!!! Rubbish

   I visited Screwfix’s online store to buy some tubes of expanding foam and was pleased to find that I could collect them right away from my local branch. There was even ample space in their front courtyard for parking my car. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

   Needed a flexible hose urgently to replace a burst one on my toilet. He knew what I needed, and was very helpful. I had tried other stores nearby who only had one bore size.I also got some adjustable wrenches and both were very affordable. All sorted before 9 o’clock!

   Normally!! very polite and helpful staff HOWEVER!! Today wed1st feb just after midday. I was served by the most miserable member of staff EVER!! ( female) asked me if I had a problem with using the tablets !! And then when she , virtually threw me, the goods, there was nothing. No thank you, have a nice day! NOTHING!! ZIP !!

   Had some keys cut here. It was buy 2 get a 3rd free which was a great offer. The staff were really friendly & upbeat. And I wasn't waiting too long for my keys. The shop itself was big, clean, well organised & signed. There was still hand sanitiser available if u wanted. Parking was good. But it wasn't busy when I went. Located just passed The Boundary it is easy to find.

   I regularly use the Mile Cross branch and find the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, there is a good range of stock. My only real criticism is the pricing of some items seem to be 'unrealistic' compared to other similar outlets, forcing me to use other suppliers instead of being able to get everything in one place which costs me time and money.

   Served by a young lady today with very short black hair (sorry can't remember her name) it was a online refund and a online purchase. What a lovely girl in every way form start to finish. The support belt was very good too but sizing was the only problem I am 14.5 stone a large was huge changed for a med fit fine.
