Visited today with my husband an hour ago. Unfortunately we exited the store in less than one minute. A young blonde lady and a young gentleman made us feel very uncomfortable. First time we experienced so rude customer assistants. Worst customer service ever!
Massive toy store, loads of stuff at all sorts of price points (pocket money and upwards). Very easy to find as located smack bang in the centre of town. My son is an avid Hot Wheels collector and he said they had a great collection on offer. Very busy when we went, clearly very popular.
The kids spotted this Toy Shop from across the road, so we had a quick visit. One of the better toy shops we have been in, in recent times! Nice and tidy, well stocked and good variety of toys and good selection in things like Lego.
Really lovely toy shop and very friendly staff, who clearly love working there. They have a very good range of toys and we particularly liked the Sylvanian Families section. We visited during a brief stop in the town on a day excursion trip, so didn't buy anything other than a souvenir bag. Highly recommended. There are other Roy's shops in the same town of Wroxham, including a Roy's MacDonalds.
A lovely toy shop with all major brands covered, with a great selection of Lego (Raiders of the Lost Ark Lego!). Presentation standards are really high and the store colleagues are very polite and helpful. Recommended.
Granddaughter loves coming here to spend her pocket money, birthday and Christmas money. I like it as the aisles are wide enough for a trolley and not knocking toys over.
Visited today to shop for our granddaughters Xmas gifts. Well the two young men were fantastic especially Ben! A personal shopping experience. He is to be totally commended for this. The other young man was great as well ☺️
My child saw this while driving past and saw the sylvanian display in the window. That was all it took. The staff were nice and tolerant of other people's kids playing with the skate boards on display. There is a wide selection in there, something for anyone
An Aladdin’s cave full of wonderful things for kids of all ages. A much bigger shop than you see from outside, there can’t be many things they don’t stock. It’s reasonably priced. Helpful staff too.
Spent a good while in this great toy shop. Huge selection of toys and something for all ages. A big favourite and a must visit when in Wroxham.
