   I’ll start with the two positives 1) our server was really good and polite 2) food tasted good However the negatives out way these two. To start with our drinks arrived after we had finished the starters. Then when the main and sides arrived they were all cold! A different server took the food away for us but we said excuse me to get her attention while setting table next to us and she said “I’m busy” when we did explain the food was cold she said I’ll just take it all away for you and we said please just touch the rice it feels as if it’s come out the freezer. She said they would remake all the food so we expected to be waiting at least 15/20 minutes but food turned up 5 mins later and it just all been stuck in the microwave and had been reheated. So it wasn’t remade like she stated it would be so that was disappointing. Rice was now just one big clump, curry tasted good but still was only warm now, sticky chicken we order tasted good but wasn’t reheated enough again as if it’s been blitzed in microwave for 30 seconds. Then garlic noodles was the hottest out of everything. It’s a shame when the food tastes good! But just let down by poor management, orders placed after ours served before us. No news or communication on why bar staff had delayed our drinks. Just wouldn’t go back …

   We had a fantastic first experience in Norwich. Brad was so friendly but also very knowledgeable about food choices and recommendations. We went with Brad's advice and were not disappointed. Our food was out of this world with so many flavours. Lovely wine menu too. The staff were so friendly and happy. We loved it that much we went back the next night with excellent service from Brad again and the lovely, bubbly, Aaliyah. Every time we visit Norwich The Giggling Squid will be our first port of call you will not be disappointed- look at the pictures of my food Jayne & Tommy x near Downham Market

   The restaurant was slightly too loud to hear, the table was a bit uncomfortable. The food was delicious not one criticism. The food was hot tasty and we all enjoyed our food. It was a birthday meal was delicious. Our waitress was lovely and attentive

   Went to this chain restaurant many years ago when it first opened and wasn't that impressed. Thought would try it out with friends as a backup option and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Service was friendly and the guy who bought the drinks over was very skilled in his tray management as he put our drinks out. The starter was very good indeed. We had the fish platter to share and there was plenty of choice and quite reasonable for the price.the mains were OK but nothing memorable. Didn't stay for dessert but looked like a fair choice. Would certainly consider this restaurant in the future.

   Really welcoming and attentive staff, the place looks really cool and the dishes we had were very tasty. My main course was a bit cold but had no problems sending it back and was made a hot replacement with no issues. It was very busy but they still gave good service. Would go back and try everything! They should add a sticky rice pudding to the dessert menu, I think it would be a hit.

   Went here for Saturday lunch, the food was delicious, the staff were very quick and friendly. The lunch menu looked really good but as we were not eating that evening opted for the full menu. We will be coming back again.

   First experience eating at giggling squid after coming highly recommend from a close friend they did not disappoint. The service was to a high standard, and the delivery of the food was quite prompt. The atmosphere was really nice and as we went for lunch was not crowded. Unto the food... Amazing original Thai flavours, you have to try the fried squid probably the best squid I've had hands down. Would definitely visit again but great value for money for a quality meal.
