“Went there today with my wife and two children and we were treated with nothing but polite friendliness. Great choice of unusual film and TV merchandise and thought it was very reasonably priced.”
“We went to watch wicked and we loved it. It was such a great experience and really recommend. And really enjoyed our time. x”
“What a turnaround for this particular Odeon! Last time I went it was tired, shabby and dirty. Since it’s refurb it’s spotless, beautifully done out and now with the super comfy recliner seats. Excellent value for half term at only £5 per person to go see Casper. Bought a family bundle of snacks which was 1 HUMONGOUS bucket of popcorn, 2 large drinks and 2 kids mixes which cost an exceptionally reasonable £18.99. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, all full of smiles and happy to interact with not just us but all other patrons.”
“We went to the Vue today and we’re so impressed with the seating and layout - the seats are lovely and comfortable and fully adjustable; and there is plenty of room for other customers to walk down the rows without disturbing you.”
“Brilliant venue with a worm welcome from happy employees 5*****”
“We had our wedding here! Such a lovely charming place, and James and the event staff were very accommodating to us for our big day. I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue. The buffet was really good and well received (with a lot of extra food for guests to take home!).”
“Wonderful little cinema. Lovely welcome from the staff. Very good coffee. Extremely comfortable seats. Good sound. Will definitely visit again when next in the area”
“Havent been to ARC in Great Yarmouth for many years but the staff were polite, friendly and neat, The cinema was spotlessly clean and well decorated, The seats were very comfortable and it was very warm inside the cinema, The picture on the screen was perfect and the sound sharp and crisp. Highly recomended and will be back to watch another movie there again very soon. Well done Arc GY!”
“What a panto! Five of us attended on opening night. This had all the traditional elements of a good family panto with enough enuendo to satisfy those of us more senior in years too. Well worth a visit. Don't miss it.”
“An excellent local cinema. This cinema is in a lovely old building with a large foyer. We went to see a family film as a family of 4 and 4x tickets, 4x popcorn and 2x slushies for the kids came in at under £30 which is so reasonable and means we can come more often! It has a lovely friendly atmosphere, very comfy seating (a mix of seats and sofas!) and the screen and sound were very good quality. We had a brilliant time and will be back!”
“A brilliant little cinema with a real 90’s feel to it. Amazing prices for both the film itself and confectionary. We hope to see you the next time we visit the area.”
“Been here a few times now since it became Orion, and the screenings are brilliant. On top of that though, they're incredibly helpful if you are disabled or in need of extra assistance. They kept my wheelchair safe, had it ready for me when I came out of the screening, and offered to help me with the stairs. Fantastic experience every single time.”
“Lovely cinema, great seats, and sound!”
“Castle Quarter is one of those places you wander into thinking you’ll spend ten minutes… and then suddenly it’s two hours later, you’ve eaten too much, played a game you never intended to play, and you’re somehow holding a shopping bag you don’t remember acquiring. It’s also super clean, well laid out, and has that safe, friendly feel that makes it great for families, date nights, or just escaping the weather for a bit. Overall? Castle Quarter is low-pressure fun with plenty of surprises. You go in for a wander and end up having an actual day out. Definitely worth popping into if you’re in Norwich!”
“Love this cinema has changed much since I was a kid think that's why I love it. Never to busy. All the snacks and treats you need the staff are friendly. And you don't have to travel to Norwich.”
“I hired Flix outdoor for my daughters 16th birthday. Paul and Tracey are absolutely lovely. The outdoor cinema was even better than we imagined. Not only was the cinema quality fantastic, the finishing touches of lanterns and fairy lights just made the setting really relaxing. A lovely touch for when it gets dark! I highly recommend.”
“Excellent theatre to see a movie in - spacious, comfortable seats - all run by volunteers.”
