   We've been here before for Sunday lunch which is really good and piping hot. Service was really slow today and I noticed that when a table is cleared it's not wiped. Not good hygiene post covid and I'm not sure I want to return sadly

   Great venue and a lovely little cinema. Knocking one star down for the quality of the projection. When watching a non-widescreen film (like a lot of arthouse / independent films are nowadays) you can clearly see that the image isn't aligned properly (in screens 2 and 3) and the edges converge so that the film looks like a trapezoid. I've mentioned this a couple of times to the people working there but sadly the issue still persists. Not a biggie but for a cinema that prides itself on preserving the magic of silver screen experience I think it'd be great if more attention was drawn to the quality of the projection.    Great service, great movie, lovely bar and staff almost perfect pizza. The base of the pizza was amazing! the tomato pasatta was what let it down it tasted like plain tomato puree... It could have done with some oregano at the very least

   A gorgeous wedding reception venue with bags of character. I shot D&B's wedding reception at Cinema City and it was so much fun. Amazing food, a gorgeous building with bags of character and the staff are superb. They were super helpful and the popcorn is a nice touch.    We had our wedding here! Such a lovely charming place, and James and the event staff were very accommodating to us for our big day. I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue. The buffet was really good and well received (with a lot of extra food for guests to take home!).

   Guys, congratulations on the one-day Valentine's Day Dinner Event. Well attended, small menu choice but not at all shabby. Just greatly presented dishes at just £25 for a 3-course meal. Same next year?

   Had a really lovely lunch in the Dining Rooms today. Food arrived swiftly, generous portions and really tasty. Staff very efficient. I always choose Cinema City when I want to see a film. Such a lovely historic building.

   Great place to visit for the building with a mix of old and contemporary features but also for the food - breakfast, brunch and supper all served, which is great and always of an excellent quality. Very good selection of drinks, wine, spirits, beer and soft - and if your quick there's often a selection of cakes and pastry on the bar. It does have a cinema too which, as part of the Picturehouse set up, shows a selection of big box office movies and plenty of lower budget movies too. There are theme nights also where a whole series of movies may be shown one after the other such as "Lord of the rings". Take a look

   Lovely place and an institution in Norwich. It's charm and history are part of local heritage, offering a diverse selection of films from all culture and genre. There's a nice bar and you can take drinks in to the cinema which is very civilized. The cafe offers a nice selection of food and is very ambient. A five star experience but one star taken off as it can be rather chilly inside and the prices are way too high (we paid almost 3 times that of Odeon and Vue).

   In the heart of Norwich you can find this sweet little cinema. Very cozy outside drinking area and screening rooms with good sizes! The staff was very helpful and friendly, all our meeds were met and we would love the come here again!
