What a gem of a find. Stumbled across this place on a day out in Norwich after moving to Norfolk a couple of moths ago. Like stepping back in time. No TV, no music, no WiFi. Some might say that means no atmosphere. They're wrong. It's the exact atmosphere the owners are trying to create, and we loved it. Our visit was mid afternoon and it was a peaceful haven. Spoke to a local who said it has a busy evening/night trade but I'm sure it's great. We'll definatly be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Always a great atmosphere and they've usually got a rocket fuel proper cider available. Highly recommended.

Bloody good pup, excellent quality beer selection. Ony negative no beer mats, and the head on the beer poor/ thin, but that's a option from a Yorkshire nan, who is used to good thick creamy head, the beer is still goo

Excellent real ale pub in Norwich. Always has a good selection of local beers and not the common ones either. Very welcoming and a good place for a beer and catch-up with friends as there is no music. Fab pork pies and a bar billiards table thrown in for good measure. Definitely worth a visit.

Sunday lunchtime. Didn't eat, but bar area full of locals. Separate restaurant area. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Looks like a lovely patio area at the back if weather was good. Parking in front of pub.

Absolute classic boozer…..the finest in Norwich, nay maybe even Norfolk. The front bar is in a time warp! Like being at a beer festival. Best to drink halves. Like all the best ale pubs, there is no food just snacks. But they do a mean pork pie. The manager Charlie is a legend in his own lunch time. Lovely guy and REALLY knows how to keep beer. No citra hops in sight, thank goodness. Can’t get enough of the place. If you love fine English ale (sadly well on the wane), you MUST try this epic pub. It’s an absolute stunner. Don’t go if you want style over substance. Do go if you want English beer at its finest.

Super old-school in the best possible way. It may be in a hard-done-by part of Norwich's city centre but this pub is an oasis. The beer selection is always excellent and wide. There is something very satisfying about their limited snack menu which consists mainly of pickled eggs, pork pies, and pork scratchings.

Looking for a traditional pub that's all about the beer? We'll look no further, Kings Head has a fantastic choice of cask ales, Belgian beers and real ciders. A simple, authentic interior and great atmosphere. A pub for the discerning drinker....i love it...
