Loses a star for the glacial speed of service for food & drink. Twice - both with counter service and pre-ordering - it's been incredibly slow. Everything done in strict order, so our bag of sweets and bottle of water had to wait for hot dogs & nachos to be cooked, slushies to be made etc. Luxe screens are nice but only Dolby 7.1.

The new face of Odeon Cinema in Norwich is totally unique and different. You can find Self service drink and snacks machines. Oscar Bar, amazing and relaxing waiting area with tables and why not try Season drinks at Costa coffee . From snacks, candy’s, cakes, churros to Hot dogs you will find a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Comfortable and new chairs give you a perfect experience while you enjoy your meal and movie. Totally recommend

Very comfortable, working recliners. Buy tickets and food at the machine in the foyer before entering. Big cinema, lots of movies showing, usual candybar offerings and some hot food if you prefer hot dogs and such. Tickets vary in price depending where you sit, £10 - £20 per seat. To be honest, even if you are at the back in the cheap seats you'd get a great view in the smaller screens. Would definately to to another ODEON again. It was good!

What a turnaround for this particular Odeon! Last time I went it was tired, shabby and dirty. Since it’s refurb it’s spotless, beautifully done out and now with the super comfy recliner seats. Excellent value for half term at only £5 per person to go see Casper. Bought a family bundle of snacks which was 1 HUMONGOUS bucket of popcorn, 2 large drinks and 2 kids mixes which cost an exceptionally reasonable £18.99. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, all full of smiles and happy to interact with not just us but all other patrons.

Have recently purchased the limitless membership for £14.99- considering this is the price of a film now it’s very good value. With Norwich being an imax it meant that I couldn’t access the films for free- so had to pay an additional £8. But never mind- I’ve now upgraded again. The seats are very comfy, with good recline, and tray for drinks and snacks. The cinema is always empty in the day when I go so have lots of choice for seats. Lots of options for Pick n mix, alcoholic drinks and a costa at the front. Snack are expensive but what you’d expect from a cinema. All in all happy with my membership and the Norwich odeon.

Decent cinema although no hot food options I could see. Clean toilets, pretty accessible. Only gripe was I paid for premium seats but didn't see that much improvement...tbh they were more uncomfortable than the regular seats!

New Years Eve 2022, we took a ride to Norwich and enjoyed an afternoon with 3d glasses to watch Avatar. Sometimes it is easy to review the film rather than the space. However, on this occasion I shall be pleased to say the space was well staffed and nicely clean. The queue for drinks moved quickly and the staff very helpful. We had premiere seats and worth the extra few bob. Nice big screen for an all absorbing effect. Oh the 4 hour free parking stamp was a great surprise and thank you. The film Avatar, yes a state of the art 3d spectacular shoot me up with good character development of a family starting afresh. The war theme not my thing and the killing of great knowledgeable sea creatures and the indigenous a little too much for my gentle soul and a somewhat mirror of earth. Having said all that it was well produced, fantastic cinemaphotography / graphic and the sound and 3d effects just so out there. Well done Odeon Riverside Norwich it was a 5 star New Years Eve treat and your hospitality paid off.

Easy Booking and Free parking available at Riverside Car Park (4Hours). White covers over a number of the seats indicating they were broken. Screen number 5.

A decent cinema. Clean and tidy. Comfortable seats. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Toilet were clean. My only issue is how much every in there costs. It’s just so expensive. They no longer have the gallery option which is a shame. It cost £22 for 2 tickets to see the Batman. Which was decent. Had a large coffee from costa which was ok.
