   I visited All Bar One today while in Norwich, it is well located for the museums and Norwich Cathedral and have a warm welcome on arrival as escaped the bad weather outside! The bar itself is well kept, had no problem finding a nice place for us to sit. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the Chicken Burger that comes with a Korean-style sauce and chips, served quickly, hot and tasted great. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. One slight improvement point, that doesn't impact the the review - the O2 WiFi wasn't connecting very well so ordered at the bar instead of the app. Really enjoyed my visit, and will happily return again for food and a drink.

   Ok so this place is very pretty inside, i managed to find a low alcohol cocktail on the menu which i thought was really helpful to have a good selection of drinks for different peoples needs. It was delicious too and quite big. I also got the plant based burger with the cheese - it was epic. I could of eaten two. I then finished it off with vegan cheese cake which was devine literally devine. Highly recommended coming here, its great.

   I have never been so impressed with service. I have a allergy to Olives which is uncommon but we had lovely service and were made sure that there is no cross contamination, we were told that the kitchen cleaned down and prepped fresh vegetables for our meal especially for me. I have never felt so cared about in an establishment. I am floored and so impressed and just amazing!! Very yummy food too!! Thank you so much!!

   Christmas party meal, 33 turned up on pre booked (&paid) buffet table! This was what the food looked like, and it wasn't s bad, the problem is if you know maths, 10 burgers are not enough for 33 people right? I don't even want to go for prawns, after 5mins there was more, and staff refused to serve more burgers or prawns, I ended up eating fries with mushrooms and toast! At the end of the day our bill was 10% more expensive, they told us there is a service charge for groups with more then 10people, I ha e checked the menu and there is nothing mentioning the service charge. Lately I am getting annoyed about the customer service provided in this country, sometimes they forget we customers are the one who keeps the door open of their business
