Great shop with lots to browse. Perfect range for all fandoms and interests. Great layout and the mystery boxes are brilliant. Always love a visit when in Norwich!
Went there today with my wife and two children and we were treated with nothing but polite friendliness. Great choice of unusual film and TV merchandise and thought it was very reasonably priced.
This place had some of the rudest staff I'd ever encountered. I drove an hour and half to get here. Arrived with my two children. Waited at the counter to be acknowledged by a member of staff messaging on their phone. I asked if there were any comics, in particular I was after some Fantastic Four comics for my children as they love the new movie. The useless girl turned to her male counterpart and the guy with some serious attitude says, "were not a comic book store" in a way that tells me he gets asked this question a thousand times a day and I was the straw that broke the camels back. He then tried to backtrack and show me some other items as I let my disappointment known and was leaving. I don't recommend this place. I don't think the customer service is there. And maybe... Just maybe... Get some comics in - you stock everything else a comic book store would, other than comics. The guy recommended another comic book store in town that was closed stating they don't compete with them because of fairness or because the other place is too good... Here's the thing... They're not open all week. There IS money to be made by stocking them. Lack of commercial awareness. Anyway... I won't be going back. Parking wasn't easy. There is an underground parking lot down the street, but it's expensive. There's an above ground lot across the road that you'll need a bank loan to park in. ✌️
Terrible experience in this store today, my daughter had asked me to pop in and pick up some attack on Titan cards, Now being a chap of a certain age, I have no idea what these are therefore, I approached the counter at where two staff were pricing up merchandise and asked, I was that meant with a random finger pointing motion and told over there, I proceeded to ask over where I do not know what I’m looking for and was met with the same response. How any business stays in business where the staff are providing this level of customer service is beyond me. Businesses always want us to support local and not online through Amazon et cetera however, today’s experience has made me do just that. Unfortunately, this is not the first time to have experienced such poor service in this store. I will not be back.
Been coming here for about 10 years, and I've never been dissapointed. It's like walking into a physical manifestation of my tumblr feed in the best way possible. Whatever Fandom you're in, they have something for you, the staff are really friendly and the shop floor layout is very easy to navigate. Absolutely adore this place
Amazing, I absolutely love this place, if you're a nerd or geek like me this is the place for you. Even a horror lover you want to get yourself down there. So many figures and clothing. Perfect!!!!
Absolutely brilliant shop, if you like movies,shows,anime or games this will be a place you like a little bit more on the expensive side but lots of niche items and cool collectors items
Brilliant shop with tons of merchandise and collectables fit for any geeky individual whether it be Star Wars, Doctor Who or any other Movie or TV franchise! I do love to browse the store from time to time and make personal purchases. It is always a great shop to browse for birthday and Christmas gifts. Great down-to-earth service, feels like the staff want to make you feel welcome and chill. 5* will always shop here as I have done for many years.
Always nice to drop in on here it's a great shop if you're looking for gifts as they have a lot of options from a huge range of different unique brands shows and films The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the store is neatly organised It can be very busy at peak times which can be overwhelming for some
If I could buy the whole shop I probably would! Amazing place for nerds to get nerd stuff. I got a good anime t-shirt haul on my visit (especially because I found one I had been looking for for ages) but there was also Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, Dr. Who, Lord of the Rings, Stranger Things, Rick and Morty. I could go on but you get the idea. Great place to find some gems. The staff were on hand and friendly. Definitely recommend stopping in for some fun geek culture.
