Its a lovely place with lovely, interesting staff. I did some volunteering here, although it appears a mess, it's actually quite organised and a nice little discrete place.

This is a wonderful shop, but only if you are going through a manic episode of a bipolar disorder. Then its emotionless metallic staff, will happily take you down as rapidly and efficaciously as a slap to the chops. Indeed it is astonishing to see how they can arrive at their mid 20's without ever showing any emotion whatsoever, except perhaps self-regard and an extraordinary misplaced sense of themselves as being righteous and superior. The stock is the usual Oxfam fare, over-priced junk and second hand books that can be bought cheaper in most charity shops in Norwich.

Oxfam is an absolute gem of a charity. They're really generous and always happy to help if your product arrived faulty or without items. All the workers I've met have been really nice and helpful.

Nice front shop up stairs a complete mess health and safety doesn't even apply the manager is has scruffy has the place. Oxfam sadly more interested in its own image than practicality... It comes first volunteers come somewhere between the bottom and Oxfam.
