   Once again no organisation in the kitchen. No sausage rolls available at 12:30 pm . Lunch time This has happened the last 3 times I've been here. You would think that seeing as they are popular they would have a steady supply. Especially as the sausage rolls are on a members offer in September. Free hot drink with a sausage roll from 2pm and none available from 12 : 30

   It was a lovely sunny day and a trip over to Notcutts Norwich was planned. Large pots for the new patio and some additional shrubs were on the cards but the wife decided we also needed new garden furniture. Michael Etheridge head of section talked us through some options and It was a two way conversation. There was no pressure to buy and we found him to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout. We placed an order with him for a Kettler Palma Signature Sofa Set and an Oxford Swing. It was indeed a pleasure and I would highly recommend a visit. Update: After the swing chair was unpacked and erected there was an issue with the welds on the frame. I reported our concerns and supplied a photo. We were allowed to use the chair until a no quibble replacement was received. A 5 star service. Thank you Notcutts.

   This morning, I visited Notcutts Garden Centre for a late breakfast. I opted for their large English Breakfast, accompanied by a bottle of orange juice, totaling £14.70. Although I enjoyed the meal, I did find it to be somewhat smaller than I expected for a "large" breakfast. The restaurant itself was modern and bustling, with approximately 70% of its capacity filled, accommodating between 250-300 patrons. This makes it one of the largest garden centre restaurants in Norfolk. Since it had been a while since my last visit, I took a moment to stroll around the centre and was very impressed by their product line, which features a wide variety of garden and home-related merchandise. In the past, I would often refill my fish tank from their impressive aquarium. The centre also hosts several concessions offering a range of products, from hot tubs to garden buildings. I also noted that the men's restroom was well-maintained and in good condition. I was pleased to find ample parking space in the large car park without any hassle. Overall, this is one of my favorite garden centres in Norfolk!

   Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour

   Nice food. But a little overpriced I thought. Nice surroundings. Ladies toilets needed some minor repair. Hand drier out of order. Only one soap dispenser. One door with faulty lock. Staff friendly and helpful. Garden centre interesting, well presented, lots of variety of stock for garden and house niknacks, candles etc

   Good plant selection and ‘all things gardening’ also an enormous coffee shop/ restaurant with good value food. Sausage rolls are delicious! Only let down by the coffee. A flat white served in a very thick but TINY mug. The mugs are cold and hence so is the coffee!! and the serving definitely “mean!” For comparison and only a few pence more go to Costa!!

   This review is for both the store and the restaurant. Absolutely top tier food and service! I had the pleasure of having fish and chips today at the restaurant, excellent food and very well priced too . Also worth mentioning they have fantastic staff who clear up tables with speed and the tables are generally tidy. The store has an amazing range of products, from candles to Indoor plants , so if you are looking for gifts or plants notcutts has you covered! A great day out and fantastic store

   Notcutts is really the best place for your gardening needs. Starting from tools, seeds, pots etc. it has a huge collection of all your gardening needs. The flowers and plants look amazing. I was not even aware of some of the varieties of fruits that was available at Notcutts. Really amazing. They also have a great section for pets. We even found some Guinea pigs for sale there. They were really cute. There is also a dedicated aquarium section with a wide variety of fishes available and again all you need to maintain an aquarium. Overall amazing place. Looking forward to going there again.
