Unable to browse and pick items after a certain time at night, rude staff when asked how am I supposed to know what they sell if I cannot browse. Absurd pricing though delivery, simple items nearly 200% more than any other shop.
More worried about phone orders than people actually standing in the subway food bar
Awful rude staff. Coffee machine screen froze and then ordered wrong item by mistake. Was then approached by staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Accused me of "breaking the machine". Just wanted a cup of coffee but ended up in a heated argument with someone who clearly needs training in customer service and basic manners.
