Food arrived and genuinely ate it in about 5 mouthfuls. Thankfully got a refund from deliveroo.
Overall 3 stars. The ham hock pasta was nice, as was the cheesy garlic bread. The calamari was okay. The pesto pasta was swimming in grease, that wasn't very nice. The order took ages to arrive, and it is quite pricey for what it is, when you think it's just pasta.
Placed order through Just Eat. Accepted the order. Took more than 2 hours to deliver. Couldn't cancel as would have been charged. If you don't have capacity, don't accept the order. Daylight robbery. When it arrived the pasta was quite cold and congealed and the garlic bread cold and dry.
DO NOT ORDER. I called to give them an opportunity to fix this. A raw stone cold mozzarella ball just stuck on top of raw uncooked chicken? I called and advised I really donβt understand what you have sent me. He did nothing. They forgot garlic bread They claim they donβt actually have the dips so shouldnβt have been able to order these. Charged me anyway? What an absolute horror. Deliveroo now a huge battle for a refund.

Ordered at 19:08, still nothing at 21:30. Restaurant didn't pick up first time I called almost an hour past the latest delivery time, left a polite message asking for an update. Half hour later I call again & am told in order: 1. The driver has been at the restaurant since 19:30. 2. The food is ready but hasn't been given to the driver. 3. My options are ask Just Eat for a refund, place a new order or come get it myself. Just Eat say it was delivered 19:40 on requesting the refund despite no updates on the order since "driver at restaurant".
First they sent the wrong order which i sent back, I got a refund but not for delivery, so I order again and pay for delivery again. They got my order wrong again and left out the deals, the only reason I ordered was for the deals. So I spent Β£5 delivery and Β£22 on one meal. I called to tell them they sent the wrong order assuming they'd just resend my correct order but 'computer says no'. It's your fault for sending the wrong order in the first place! I honestly thought after sending my wrong order and learning i had to pay for delivery again would grant me some care and consideration, but no. You are thieves. Such a waste of time and money, I would not bother.
Delivery is fast, the food was hot and delicious. Bomboloni is amazing, everyone should try it. I also received napkins and small gift chocolates.
Lovely food - ordered through Deliveroo, pasta was delicious and hot, brownie was also delicious. A little chocolate and a recipe card was included as well which was a nice little touch. Great price. Will order again
