Great costa, the staff are very nice and hardworking, great coffee made with care, overall a great experience.

I enjoyed a Turkey Trimmings Toastie, Butter Mince Pie, and a medium Cappuccino for lunch today, which cost £12.25. While I happily ate the meal, not faulting food, I wasn’t particularly fond of the toastie and probably wouldn’t buy it again. Overall, the large car park, polite and friendly staff, well-maintained dining area, beautiful view from the first-floor location, and the relaxing atmosphere made my visit worthwhile. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful coffee. Young girl Gemma greeted us with a friendly smile and seemed happy to serve us.

Not a huge fan of coffee shop chains but Costa is fine. Wouldn't buy lunch here, but they do nice coffee and coffee-derived desserts.

Nothing better than a nice latte and a blueberry muffin to help your day feel better, before, during or after a shopping spree, best coffee shop by far beating the competition by miles, maybe the prices are a tad steep for what you get and always have to ask for extra hot coffee as it's always served luke warm at best, but always delicious. Always a winner for me

It was very busy when I visited but the staff were doing what they could to keep up with the queues, serving, stocking and clearing. A nice place to stop after a long cycle.

Good selection of food and drink, a little bit on the slow side in service, but the staff are friendly.

Costa by abd large are quite good. The Costa in Next, Longwater, Norwich is the slowest Costa I have ever been too. It is worth dropping in for the experience. I don't know how they manage to have so many people behind the counter all waiting for the 'cheif' to take every order, then prepare it. Muddled organisation.

The team are always helpful and polite. I always enjoy my coffee here. I don't like the M and S food so much though. X
